Terms of service
Last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are
DevGhouse Websites is provided by Boris Zarinski, sole proprietor trading as DevGhouse, based in North Macedonia ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
The service
DevGhouse Websites is software for building, importing, hosting and running websites: an AI site builder, SEO tools, a blog pipeline, forms and performance reports, used from your DevGhouse workspace. By creating an account or paying you accept these terms.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our card orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
Credits and usage
Some features draw on a usage allowance measured in credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and can only be used for DevGhouse features. Each action shows its cost before it runs.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your content and accounts
You keep ownership of the content and source code of your sites. You grant us the rights needed to store, build, host and display it for you. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to any text, images, logos or likenesses you upload. Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, malware, impersonation, or images or voices of real people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party services
Some features connect to providers you choose, such as GitHub, Google Search Console or your domain registrar. Their own terms apply to those services.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but provide it as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. The laws of North Macedonia govern these terms, without taking away consumer protections of your country of residence.
