Refund policy
Last updated 27 September 2026.
DevGhouse Websites is sold by Boris Zarinski, sole proprietor trading as DevGhouse. Card orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record, which handles refunds on our behalf.
What is not refundable
- A build plan (go-live fee) once the site has been published to your domain.
- Credits or usage already spent on AI work such as builds, research, images or blog drafts. Generation runs on paid third-party compute the moment you start it.
- A workspace access fee once you have used any paid feature.
- Subscription periods that have already started. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
When we refund
- A purchase with nothing used, requested within 14 days of payment.
- A duplicate or mistaken charge for the same item.
- A paid feature that failed on our side and that we could not fix.
Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. At checkout you ask us to start delivering digital content and services immediately and confirm that you lose this right once delivery begins, for example when a build starts or credits are spent.
How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt or write to [email protected] with the order number. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Credits bought with a refunded order are removed from your account.
