Who is responsible
Boris Zarinski, sole proprietor trading as DevGhouse, North Macedonia, is responsible for personal data processed through DevGhouse Websites. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address and login details.
- Website data: the content, settings, domains, form submissions and analytics of the sites you build or connect.
- Usage data: which features you use, credit spending and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Payment data: card payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. We receive the order details, never your full card number.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for, bill and support you, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the service for us: hosting and storage, Paddle for payments, AI model providers for the generation you request, and the services you connect yourself, such as GitHub or Google Search Console. Each receives only what its part needs.
How long we keep it
Account and website data stays while your account is active and is deleted after you close it, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
